A new Student Planner is issued at the start of each academic year. If it is lost during the year the student is expected to replace it at his or her own cost.

on the effects of energy and carbonated drinks

The British Soft Drinks Association, reported that last year, 14,585 million litres of soft drinks were consumed.  This was not only carbonated drinks but also energy drinks.  Research by Bangor University and published in the European Journal of Nutrition, reported that soft drinks actually alter metabolism, so that our muscles use sugar for energy instead of burning fat.
